Mike first reached out with an urgent call for help with an IACET accreditation application. His goal for his company was to expand the course offerings, particularly with online courses, while adhering to the quality standards set forth by IACET.
Kayleen helped Mike revise the process documentation for his company to meet the IACET requirements. She worked with him to further refine the company’s processes to respond to the reviewer’s suggestions and also participated in the virtual site visit—leading to his organization achieving IACET accreditation.
Mike was so pleased with the support he received that he hired Kayleen (and Scissortail) on an ongoing basis to serve as his Learning Experience Director, providing instructional design and curriculum development support. We have since worked closely with him to analyze customer needs, design online courses, develop in-person presentations, and revise existing offerings.
